Thank you so much Ebrahim! He was good tour guide. He was kind and knew everything about Soweto & Johannesburg. And he always explained well about the region. We could get various information about Soweto & Johannesburg.
I want to recommend this tour to the people who want to see the real aspect of Soweto & Johannesburg. We explored amazing places with Ebrahim. You can break your stereotype about Soweto & Johannesburg. I really want to say thank you to Ebrahim!

My 19 year old daughter and I had a tour of Pretoria and Soweto, with Ebrahim as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and also fun to be with. He tailored the day to our interests. We also stopped to meet some residents of Soweto who have developed the Township Travel tour as a business.
We really admire their enthusiasm and effort, and their commitment to providing an excellent service. So happy to give my business to this enterprise.

This is a must-do tour when in Joburg. The guide Ebrahim was a super friendly guy and had loads of knowledge about the city. He was very patient and took time to stop for pictures. Nothing was too much trouble...he was flexible too with a hotel pick-up. Often tours are rushed but this was very laid back giving you time to enjoy the sights.
Also met Siphiwe (owns the company) who is a great guy and very courteous. This tour is real value for money.

We are pleased to say that all our needs were met at short notice. We booked on Monday evening and were met at our hotel promptly at 9am on Tuesday morning. Our guide, Ebrahim was prompt, courteous and very informative. Ebrahim is an experienced guide and made us feel immediately at ease.
We spent an hour and a half at the Apartheid Museum and could have spent longer but at the same time it was long enough to give a full over view. We then went on to Soweto itself. Their is a chance to support some of the local people with the purchase of souvenirs or by making a donation.
Defiantly no pressure to do so but it is hard to walk away and not show some love to these people. I would suggest many small donations (tips) to many and various people. Share it about as everyone is so deserving. We then went onto the more vibrant area of Soweto. Vilakazi St. home of Mandela and Desmond Tutu. This area is alive with much to see and do. We had a chance to stop for lunch or cold drinks. Ebrahim is very accommodating and happy to cater for every want and need.
We saw so much today that it is hard to put into words just how much we learnt and appreciated our time with Ebrahim . We highly recommend this tour and would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks Ebrahim for an informed and fun day. Regards Chris and Barbara

We were fortunate enough to have Ebrahim as our guide for a combination Johannesburg and Soweto tour. in the morning we toured the main sights of Johannesburg including constitution hill. we also saw the memorials to those who lost their lives in the struggle to end apartheid and finished with a brief tour of Mandela's house.
A lunch at a local eatery followed with a chance to try some food out of our comfort zone. most of it was surprisingly good considering we were unfamiliar with most of the ingredients. from there we headed to Soweto and a personalized tour into one of the townships. we are always torn between the desire to learn more about people and the way they live and the feeling that were are intruding and being voyeuristic.
We were assured that this was good for this community because the tips we would give would help them. it was, in the end, an eye opening experience. Ebrahim was a wonderful person full of good spirit and wisdom. after a full day travelling with him, i felt like i had spent a day with an old friend.

The day after visiting the very impressive Apartheids museum (an absolute must for everyone), our guide Ebrahim showed us the current life in Soweto during a 4 hour trip through the townships. We can recommend this very much to anyone who is interested in better understanding this place, which has a worldwide reputation of being dangerous, but which proved to have a very friendly population.

From the moment I met Ebrahim, I knew it was going to be enjoyable. We talked non-stop for 4 hours about South African history, the people, how it felt to live pre-Mandela as the president, the euphoria of change, the reality of today, the modern world.... The four hours flew by and I could do it all again.
I felt a range of emotions, from anger (1976 Soweto uprising), happiness (Mandela stories) and humble (walking through the corrugated housing).
Thank you so much Ebrahim.
